“The other-dimensional faerie world feel of this cottage was accomplished by adding elements like bedroom wallpaper with iridescent flocked faeries (carrying keys to unlock our hearts!), entrancing multicolor mosaic tiled showers creating an elusive picture that can be viewed for those who ‘choose to see it’ (we do believe in faeries!) and much more,” said co-owner Gregory Henderson.

The inspiration for this magical space came in part from the Stratton Falls on the property — a place Henderson describes as “magical and fairytale-esque that transports people into this other realm of reality.” He recalled the feeling he and his partner (Joseph Massa) had the first time they visited the site: like they had stumbled upon something sacred, cinematic, and utterly unlike anything else. That emotional spark became the creative north star for the Faerie Forest experience.
